I'm a health researcher and educator committed to advancing care for older adults—especially those living with frailty and cardiovascular disease. As an Associate Professor in the School of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University, I lead a research program that bridges epidemiology, clinical trials, and implementation science to improve health outcomes and inform real-world healthcare practices. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of clinical research and healthcare innovation, I focus on frailty measurement, rehabilitation, and the impact of movement behaviors on healthy aging.
