Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Corporate Action, Dividend and Settlements environment. Skilled in researching and creating successful Corporate action planning by using Microsoft Applications and internal systems. Started out in Settlements at Coutts then got into the world of Corporate Actions for underlying shareholders in an operational environment at nominee level. Learnt all reasons behind the events which has given me a great building block to the job I do now at Equiniti at registrar level. I now work as a Manager for the EQ Corporate Advice team who are experienced in their field in structuring plans and importantly fulfilling them to a successful conclusion. We are there to assist and in most events fully guide advisors, brokers, lawyers and the under lying client on all types of corporate events. We plan every step behind the scenes and when the time comes, handover the responsibility of operation matters to the Actions team but keeping tabs on the event to ensure successful and risk free conclusion. My team are the main link to all internal teams to ensure corporate actions involving employee benefits (SAYE, SIPs), CSN and client services (GM voting) are a-line.
