I am a Global IT Release and Change Manager with 30 years systems development and support experience supporting nine (9) Fortune 200 companies as both a consultant and FTE. I've led in the development and maturing of multiple newly-formed Global Release and Change Management teams (ie, establishing processes, tools, communication). My experiences include successfully managing very high profile, multi-million dollar production rollouts/releases ($15M -$400M) with corporate leaders in top industries (computer manufacturing, financial service, banking, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, and defense systems). Strengths include strategic planning, developing and implementing process improvements, team leadership, fostering relationships, training, and communications in a global environment. I've been told I have an innate ability to see, develop, and implement practical solutions in complex situations. I also have a wide skill set including advanced knowledge of MSOffice tool suite including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio, as well as SDLC, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), CMM, ISO, and other mainstream system development methodologies.
