Over the past 24 months, I have been employed by Radiant Systems Inc, working at John Deere Horicon Works, holding the position of Production Supervisor. For the past 24 months, I have been the full time second shift production supervisor for the snow blower, mower decks, 950, 470, 201, 350 and 700 production lines, which produces a variety of riding lawn equipment products. I am well versed in root cause analysis and mistake proofing methods, as well as experienced in the facilitation of cross functional team meetings focused on resolving production issues. I also have a great deal of experience with the scheduling of manpower to meet production, maintenance, or engineering needs, while at the same time remaining flexible enough to modify plans if needed. I feel that I am quite detail oriented, analytical, communication, and have critical thinking skills with the ability to multi task and problem solve. I also possess the ability to learn quickly on the job and adapt to change, and I believe that my combined skills and experience give me the tools necessary to be successful at your company.
