Throughout my career, I've orchestrated growth of organizations by implementing comprehensive strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and change management processes. I'm an informed decision-maker and risk manager who proactively identifies and resolves issues that threaten projects, programs, and missions. As I move forward in my career, I will continue to draw on my proven expertise to oversee fundraising, facilities construction, marketing, client/member relations, and community outreaches while stewarding multi-million-dollar budgets and coaching geographically dispersed workforces. I'm passionately committed to building great teams by recruiting, training, retaining, evaluating, and managing top talent. I excel in facilitating collaboration with stakeholders including donors, staff, managers, contractors, vendors, and customers. Here's are a few of my achievements to date: • Boosted staff morale and drove up revenue while enhancing programming for children enrolled in a multi-state network of swim schools as General Manager at Aqua Tots. • Created and managed $800K budget for Aqua-Tots while, not only overseeing stores in Chandler and Gilbert, but also traveling to support the stores in Des Moines, Omaha, and Las Vegas. • Raised $4.1M to fund construction of the first YMCA in Osage Beach, Missouri while managing facility development from concept through YWCA building and launch as Associate Executive/Operations Director at Tri-County YMCA of the Ozarks. • Directed Relay for Life fund-raising portfolio across six metropolitan regions as Community Manager, Great Western Division at American Cancer Society.
