With over 17 years of experience in the field of medicine, I am a passionate and dedicated healthcare leader who has delivered high-quality care to diverse populations across the world. As Regional Medical Manager at Chevron, I oversee the medical services and programs for the company's employees and contractors in the USA, Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and Africa. My mission is to promote a culture of health and safety, prevent and manage occupational and environmental hazards, support the well-being and productivity of the workforce and lead our global medical teams. In my current role, I leverage my skills in care management, treatment, and occupational and health care delivery to design and implement effective health policies, protocols, and standards. I collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality, and performance. Additionally, I also serve in various committees and boards where I contribute to the advancement of the profession and the advocacy of public health.
