I have always been a hands on Manager starting as a Building Mechanic and still have a strong skill set holding a current D-2 as well as a recently acquired OE-2. Highlights of my abilities that are especially relevant to my candidacy are as follows: • Throughout the years I have controlled costs within budgets or under budget and prepared budgets which reflects my skill in purchasing and monitoring contracted services; • My skills are validated by having always managed a building with a Fortune 500 company as a Tenant and even turning around an unsatisfactory relationship with GE which lead to the renewal of their Lease; • My strong HVAC and mechanical aptitude assures my ability to design and implement preventive maintenance programs, maximize productivity and efficiency in both Staff and equipment; • Overseeing and managing tenant fit-out’s, capitol construction projects as well as selecting and supervising top-notch contractors. For those questioning the long unemployment from January 2015 to present I had taken a fall and completely tore my Rotator Cuff and had it repaired, just finished up my physical therapy and when back to schooling to get a OE-2 which was successful on February 2016.
