With over two decades of experience currently managing residential coops and condos in the Tribeca, SoHo, Noho and Chelsea areas of manhattan to previously working in private club management, corporate hospitality. I bring a unique blend of service excellence, operational leadership, and board-level communication to my current role managing boutique to mid-sized cooperative and condominium properties in New York City. After earning a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University in I relocated to the U.S. and spent 12 years managing private clubs, including the prestigious Orienta Beach Club and The Williams Club of NYC. I later expanded my industry scope by managing high-profile corporate dining accounts with Aramark and Compass Group at elite institutions such as Brown Brothers Harriman, NYU’s Torch Club, and SAP’s NYC offices. In 2018, I transitioned into residential property management, where I currently work closely with boards to navigate NYC’s regulatory landscape, resolve shareholder and resident concerns, and oversee day-to-day operations. I have a strong focus on building teams, streamlining efficiency, and delivering exceptional service across diverse client and stakeholder groups.
