Having spent over 25 years on both sides of the business as a CIO, CFO, CPA, outside consultant, auditor and computer programmer I am able to provide my expertise in implementing systems to overhaul, streamline, and restructure processes within all departments of the company to significantly cut internal and external costs by as much as fifty percent as well as providing the output from the system to allow key decision makers the information they require to increase sales. One of the ways costs are significantly reduced are through the offshore relationships I have established over the last fifteen years with programmers that have performed dozens of projects for me successfully by staying within budget and meeting deadlines. Being able to effectively communicate and manage large teams within and outside the organization I have consistently met my employer/clients expectations.
