Workflow automation and improvement is a passion of mine; having spent years in front-line customer service and sales positions, the need for efficient processes and using data to provide living proof of business measurements has been a trophy of my experience. The enjoyment comes from not just completing tasks, but making the processes more efficient, accurate, and measurable. When it comes to managing a team my insights and use of available workflow management is integrated with easy-to-use measurements to make informed business decisions. Many teams don't ask the simple question:"What should we do next?" This is where I use creativity and quantifiable data to build sensible answers to business problems. With a decade of front-line sales and service experience, and over seven years of project management and business intelligence enhancements, this is my passion: helping others, as well as myself, succeed.
