With many years of retail, recruitment and aviation experience, my key objectives focus on people, safety, compliance as well as leading and empowering large teams to execute exceptional customer experience delivery. Furthermore, as a seasoned trainer with experience in both classroom and practical, large, fast-paced, training environments, I have the natural ability to create a positive and memorable training experience for all concerned. Having facilitated training to vast audiences, including team members, managers, company directors and stakeholders, I believe I build rapport and deliver content in an engaging, positive, relevant and fluid manner. In terms of my professional style, I take a consultative approach which means I understand the importance of working together, with a variety of SME’s, team members, line managers, peers and stakeholders to ensure a transparent, informed and decisive approach is taken, to try and achieve a win win outcome for any given situation.
