About Scott MacDonald

Scott Macdonald serves as Senior Advisor with Stirling's commercial real estate team, working from the company's Baton Rouge office. He has more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience and a background that includes the negotiation and successful closing of over $700 million in sales and leasing transactions. Scott specializes in Office and Industrial leasing and sales. Prior to joining Stirling, Mr. Macdonald was Vice President of Cassidy Turley/CPS, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company located in San Jose, California. His primary focus while with Cassidy Turley was Office and Manufacturing leasing and sales. Scott is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR) and served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of GBRAR from 2016-2019 and 2025. Mr. Macdonald also served as the 2019 Chairperson for the Baton Rouge CID Trends Seminar. He has also served on the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) from 2018-2019. Scott served on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 2020 Capital Area Heart Walk.Mr. Macdonald is a Louisiana native and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
