Scott has worked for over 34 years in the architecture, design and construction industry at noted design firms across the country and overseas, with 20 years of senior level management experience. He is a member of the AIA, a registered Architect in the State of Colorado and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Scott was Designer / Manager for the Starz Encore Headquarters facility in Greenwood Village, Colorado. He was also a Project Manager for The Children’s Hospital Project, Project Director for the New Denver VA Medical Center and General Manager for the Expansion Project at the University of Colorado Hospital – all at the former Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. From project conception through construction, both large and small, Scott’s primary goal is to meet and exceed the client’s expectations. He believes in collaboration and creativity. He empowers his team to achieve while overseeing each phase of a project – assuring that each team member focuses on high quality design and project documentation. While business profitability, schedule and project budget are paramount, he is recognized for managing projects that develop and maintain exceptional relationships with Owners, Consultants and Contractors.
