About Scott Malcolm

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland but have been living in the United States for the past 11 years. Extremely passionate in all things contributing to peak performance and wellbeing especially the psychological component. Over the last 7 years I have a had the privilege of furthering my knowledge and understanding in the area of Sport Psychology and the intertwine with mental health and wellbeing. In combination with academia, I have had been fortunate to work with a variety of athletes ranging from many sports and abilities in order to help them pursue and achieve a more well-rounded and consistent performance level closer to their maximal potential. Through applied and academic experience my aim is to help individuals reach the "sweet spot". I define this sweet spot as where individuals can strive towards what they deem as important and meaningful in life whilst doing this in a manner that promotes healthy mental health behaviours, outlook and coping strategies. With this combination individuals can build sustainable success as well enjoy all areas of their life in accordance to their values.
