SELF DIRECTED HEALTHCARE JOURNEY Life is a School, and my self and my family have become an advocate for self directed health care & prevention. Our family has gone through some health challenges over the past 11+ years, and has opened our eyes to more of an holistic approach to wellness. We have gone through many different types of practitioners, from our family doctor, Neurologist, X-ray, Ultrasound, blood work for many different things, MRI's, CT scans you name it. We started to check out different Osteopaths, Different types of Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Cupping, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine/Tea's and trying to figure out the cause of these health issues. Reducing inflammation in our bodies through diet was a huge first step into our wellness journey, we found lots of amazing research on the effects of inflammation on our body and what that could cause. We also found once we started to reduce our inflammation, that looking at a low oxalate diet, would be our next path to start to reduce, which takes time. We came across Essential Oils and the amazing health benefits and how it can help support our families health concerns. I personally found many befits within the first couple of weeks, from sleeping better, more energy, my anxiety/stress had a huge reduction. Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. When you take essential oils, not only do you get the restorative properties of the plants, but you get them in an extra-concentrated form. They have a much longer shelf-life (most will last longer than you!) and are easier to measure and dose effectively. Your body naturally wants natural things, which was a huge change for our family when it comes to supporting our bodies ailments. Essential Vibes, came into our life at the perfect time, and with frequency vibration healing through our amazing jewellery. Our family now is protected from harmful EMFs and enjoy all the other amazing benefits it provides. With adding more bracelets on, it does add that extra layer of protection/strength we are finding which is amazing.
