I have worked in specialty chemical manufacturing facilities for over 30 years with leadership roles in maintenance, engineering, and operations. I have a passion for safe, ethical operations and the pursuit of continuous improvement. I have the ability to pay attention to the day-to-day details without losing sight of the long-term objectives. With over 10 years working with SAP, I have developed an excellent understanding of ERP systems and the supply chain management process. I am a hands-on manager with excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skils that I use to simplify and improve the processes. I have extensive experience managing projects and strongly believe in the planning and scheduling process. I love getting out on the shop floor and communicating with the workers on the front lines - they often have the best ideas.
