About Scott Marshall

I am an experienced IT professional with a track record of successful projects. I started as a Developer, before moving to Iteration Manager and Delivery Lead roles. I'm passionate about delivering a quality product : a robust, easy to maintain piece of software, that does what it's expected to. As both a Developer and Iteration Manager, quality is paramount. I'm motivated by the chance to shine, to take a concept and run with it, to turn a vision into a product. I've spent 18 years delivering software projects and before that I spent 8 years developing manufacturing QA systems. Over the last seven years I've transitioned from Dev / Senior Dev roles to Iteration Manager / Project Manger (see attached infographic). I believe that design, of both the software and the processes supporting development, are key to success, and have focused on both for each project I've been lucky enough to lead.
