I am a strategic and operationally focused CFO/COO with significant experience helping businesses expand globally, scale profitably, and attract international investment. My experience covers the full spectrum of the business life cycle from early-stage through to high growth scale-ups and preparation for IPO. I have extensive expertise in driving organic growth and transformation, new market entry, platform and vertical expansion, acquisition roll-ups, and played a hands-on leadership role in delivering three highly successful international private equity transactions in the UK, US and ANZ (US$500m - US$3bn). Through my career I have been responsible for leading a broad range of finance and operating functions, including strategy, M&A, investor relations, risk management, SOX controls implementation, legal & compliance, IT security, people & HR. I have also played key leadership roles in developing product and market strategy, and interacted with a diverse range of investors and lenders in various contexts. This breadth of commercial and operational experience, coupled with financial expertise, gives me a unique business-wide perspective on what makes successful strategy and capital allocation.
