I am a business owner and Manufacturing Engineer with an extensive background in lean manufacturing, CNC Macining, CNC programming, metals and metal processing, root cause analysis and operations management. Our business is focused on low quantity tough to machine metal parts that require a multi-axis twin spindle machine. We acquired our Mori Seiki with that purpose in mind. It is a twin spindle extremely rigid machine with a Baxis and a lower turret. We can eliminate multiple set ups and drastically reduce work holds. I have had the privilege to work from for Infinia Corp. and Qnergy. During this time I have had the opportunity to work on and develop the processes for manufacturing Infinia's multiple platform Stirling engines. From the prototype engines to the world’s first mass produced 3.5 kW Free Piston Stirling Engine and demonstrated a 1.5 MW Solar Powerdish installation at the Tooele Army Depot. Prior to Infinia I worked for TiLite (Titanium Sports Technologies) during the startup of their Titanium wheelchair division.
