About Scott McClean

I have over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry including medical office, general office, retail, industrial and residential. Over the past 20 years my focus has been on medical office management, leasing and construction management. During my time as owner of Healthcare Property Services, Inc. I provided a full compliment of real estate services to my clients. My main client, Glendale Adventist Medical Center, relied on me as a “quasi-owner” to run their entire real estate portfolio. This included operating two limited partnership medical office buildings that contained over twenty limited partner/physician/tenants. Through debt restructuring and aggressive leasing I was able to reverse over a decade of negative performance into a sunstantial positive cash flow. During the early years of my career I was fortunate enough to work in the real estate development industry for three different firms. During that time I was directly involved in all aspects of the development of market anchored retail centers including site acquisition, design, financing, budgeting, entitlements, marketing, leasing and management.
