I am employed with CJM Lawyers based in the Tweed Region of Northern New South Wales and the Gold Coast Region of Southern Queensland. I perform residential conveyancing, retail and commercial leases, business sales & and consultancy, property contracts, and I assist with wills & and estates, powers of attorney, enduring powers of attorney and family law matters as they pertain to property. I also have many years of experience in law enforcement, compliance and commercial property management. Previous to my current role, I was involved in commercial property management, which included management, administration, contracts, leases & and stakeholder engagement. Before that, I was a Profit Protection Manager/Risk Manager with Woolworths Group. I focused on stock loss management, legislative compliance, human resources management inclusive of consequential management, managing investigations, investigating organised crime, brief preparation and liaising with police and judicial bodies. Before that, I owned and operated a commercial agency that focused on investigations, debt recovery and civil litigation. Before the commercial agency, I was a New South Wales Police Officer, and I worked in general duties and criminal investigation and performed several relieving roles as a prosecutor. Before policing I worked in the liquor industry which commenced my journey in terms of legislation and compliance. In terms of education, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership (GDSL), a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a Master of Business Administration Advanced (MBA-ADV) and a Master of Business Law (MBL). I hold an additional twelve (12) advanced diplomas and diplomas across Public Safety (Emergency Management), Court Operations, Justice Studies, Fraud Control, Government (Investigations), Human Resources, Project Management, Security and Risk Management, Work, Health and Safety and various others in leadership and management. I am also an accredited ICAM Investigator.
