About Scott McRae

I’m an active duty U.S. Coast Guard member currently serving as a Deck Seaman aboard the USCGC Munro. I’ve had the honor of participating in high-impact missions across Alaska and the Bering Sea, including joint operations with Air Station Cold Bay, Air Station Kodiak, and the USCGC Healy. From search and rescue to national defense and fisheries enforcement, I’ve gained hands-on experience in seamanship, maritime operations, and teamwork in some of the world’s toughest environments. In addition to deck operations, I’ve supported the Munro’s supply and logistics departments, assisting in managing over $3 million in inventory, contributing to a 100% audit score, and directly enhancing operational readiness. Before joining the Coast Guard, I spent 10 years as a personal trainer and business owner, helping hundreds of clients transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and accountability. I also spent 2 years in real estate as a mortgage loan originator and remodeling project manager, where I helped families secure financing and added tangible value to residential properties through hands-on project leadership. Now, I’m focused on growing as a leader in service to others—working toward becoming a Chief Warrant Officer while continuing to coach and mentor others in the areas of fitness, financial literacy, and disciplined living. Let’s connect—whether you’re in the military, business, or on your own path of growth and transformation.
