Prior to establishing these businesses, Monday spent more than 8 years with a commercial construction firm in the Modesto, California area. His experience in that firm included commercial renovation projects, new commercial development and design project management, and extensive project management of a variety of commercial construction projects. Monday graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with a degree in construction management and additional coursework in architecture and engineering.
