As a Director of Software Development, I have over fifteen years of experience in leading and managing software development, quality assurance, graphic design, and IT support teams and projects in the education, finance, construction, and health sectors. My mission is to leverage technology to enhance efficiencies and automations across many platforms and industries. I have successfully delivered multiple technology solutions, such as custom software, custom websites, CRM platforms, BI dashboards, and data analytics systems, by collaborating with various business units and vendors. I have also mentored and coached my cross-functional team members, helping them grow their skills and careers while meeting project timelines and requirements. Additionally, I have communicated effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and feedback across all levels of an org chart from executive level meetings and presentations to meeting with external clients. I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful software products that support the visions and missions or the product owners.
