I'm a highly experienced professional with deep knowledge of a wide variety of commercial banking and real estate product and financing types. My experience includes roles in relationship management, portfolio management and workout: I have originated, structured and negotiated highly complex facilities, led high-performing teams and provided credit approval for new and distressed lending transactions. Specific areas of expertise include corporate lending facilities, real estate acquisition, construction and term facilities, subscription lending, homebuilder finance and note on note (debt fund) transactions. Clients have included large and midsized companies, public and private developers, REITs, private equity firms and other institutional investors. In addition to my banking background, I have been a trusted financial adviser to companies ranging from large corporations to entrepreneurial firms operating in the US, Canada and Southeast Asia.
