Previously, as CTO, I led the growth of a healthcare technology startup from a small team to a sizable group, standardizing office tools and achieving substantial cost savings. I successfully rewrote the core product platform, achieved compliance standards, and supported secure data management and integration. As Vice President of Technology for a commercial healthcare supply chain company, I defined the technical architecture, built a Data Science team, and developed a machine learning platform, leading to the successful launch of a SaaS solution and the eventual acquisition of the organization. With a foundation in commercial software development and a track record of successful project management, I have consistently delivered high-impact solutions across various industries.
