Team oriented business professional with 25+years of "SAFE" experience in the mining industry. Experience ranges from;"hands on" diagnosis and repair to Fleet Maintenance Management including; Lean Maintenance strategies, condition based monitoring/reliability centered maintenance, defect management and cost avoidance. Past performance recognized for fleet availability improvements,constructive team building with collaborative efforts between Maintenance and Production departments and improvements in program efficiency and output. My goal is to improve the overall success of the mining production environment through implementing or improving a safe work culture, application of team oriented, lean maintenance metrics with a proactive collaborative effort, a positive attitude and the intent to succeed. I believe in hard work, positive attitude and integrity. I am a proponent of the "Team environment". I have found that "good" results can be produced by a single entity but "GREAT" results are achieved through patient, positive, collaborative efforts. Specialties: Team building, utilizing maintenance metrics to identify negative impact on fleet availability, reduce maintenance impediments and improve program efficiencies.
