About Scott Naylor

I'm a dad of 2 grown boys, who are getting taller than me, uncle to many, and fortunate to have some great friends. I'm still trying to understand Golf and how to play it my days of rugby are long gone so i need to stick with it! I have over 28 years working within the automotive sector, within vehicle sales, sales management and sales training. It’s quite hard to leave the industry. My passion outside of work is supporting my local rugby club, where I coached for 12 years loving every moment, and I can say managing sales teams is far simpler than coaching children to play rugby. That said being a qualified coach has proved invaluable in terms of understanding motivation, teamwork, discipline, enjoyment and teaching respect for others. Coupled with planning of training sessions it has massively helped in my professional life.
