About Scott Neiley

My professional experiece has spaned over the past fifteen years. Out of high school i joined the United States Army Reserves and was trained as a combat engineer, mainly in carpentry and masonary. I also went to collge were I was a member of Phi Kappa Sigma and was involved in the process to get this national organization to Mansfield University. During the summer, while going to college, I would work at a local lumber yard. Loading contractors with building materials, and cultivating my customer servie skills. The next summer of college I was working at the same lumber company were I was able to work in the rafter shed were i built rafters and trusses that were used for commercail and residental construction. I then worked for Miller building systems, were i built communcation shelters on cell phone sites all over the east coast of the united states. I was able to cultivate my skills in carpentry, masonary, drywall, electric, welding, and the use of power and hand tools. Then in the spring of 2007 I joined the Iron Workers Union were I tested out of the apprenticeship program because of my high skills in metal working and rebar instilation i learned in my during training in the Army. I then started working in the gas and oil industry when South West Energy built a compressor station behind my home and i was hired on to be a welder and welders helper. I learned pipe fitting, roustabout, and how to weld pipe. I then became involved in the enviomenatl aspect of pipe line construction in the past few years.
