About Scott Nelson

As long as I can remember, I've had a passion for telling stories, connecting people, and finding ways to get creative with technology. My professional journey has giving me the opportunity to not only do each of these things in incredible ways and with some amazing people but has also put me in a position to magnify and amplify the convergence of all these areas in my every day work. I have spent most of my career as a creative director and media producer with an emphasis on instructional media and education. I have found what I love most in my work is leading and coaching people to do amazing work that they themselves did not think was possible. I am a cheerleader and champion of culture over comfort and people over products. As much as I miss making media and the creative process of digital production that I once did so well, I have found my true calling in the creative process of making teams succeed and people leave work every day feeling fulfilled and accomplished in the work they are doing.
