I am an expert at B2B Ads, B2C Ads, and their integration and monetization, as long-term veteran in the Advertising industry. Product demo: Also, I have 18+ years software development and management experiences, in terms of architecture, project management, programming, team management, for both devices and Cloud microservices, as well as Data pipeline / Databricks / Data Warehousing. My current role at OUTFRONT is leading a globally distributed team responsible for the entire digital transit technology business at OUTFRONT. I led the team to build the Ads stack, a distributed system collaboratively managed by stakeholders inside and outside the company, to manage the digital boards and the ads asset flow in the pipelines. I also led the team to build the device side as embedded Android and embedded Linux device solutions. My responsibilities include: Coordinate with the B2B Advertising Network stakeholders (e.g. Program Managers, DevOps, Field Engineering, vendors like Boston MBTA, New York MTA, Chicago CTA, San Francisco SFMTA, etc.). Design and develop server for B2B Ads stack; Design and develop device apps on both embedded Android devices and embedded Linux devices; Manage the SDLC process; Define server APIs; Communicate with hardware vendors, ads partners, internal teams; Work with PM for roadmaps and requirements; Work on architecture, design, and technical strategy; Mentor team members; Talk frequently with the team members to build up a culture of health, morale, growth, transparency and performance-focus.
