About Scott Pattee

The best part of working in technical support is the sense of accomplishment I get when researching and solving problems. I have over seventeen years of experience and I am passionate about technology and learning everything that I can. Currently I am doing tech support for numerous service providers. I must quickly shift gears to assist people with a variety of computer, internet, television and telephone problems. I am a strong communicator, using language and analogies based on the users skill level to get the job done effectively. At Peak Internet I have helped with several migrations of mail services from Zimbra to Google for ISP and then back again. I have written documentation for training purposes on setting up SSL certifications, domain registration, email setup and domain registration transfers. Prior to working for Peak Internet, I was with Chamber's Communications for eight years. I handled technical support for their internet service as well as help desk for Chamber's staff, including the KEZI news team, and special projects.
