I provide my clients with hands-on oversight and regular site management of all types of real estate assets. My experience allows me to foresee and anticipate issues before they arise, however, unplanned events do happen. I quickly assess, prescribe and execute solutions for situations as they develop to ensure optimal performance and stability of the asset. Property management is also people management. I act with tact and poise. I try to understand the person in front of me and have a customer service mentality. My skill set includes but is not limited to project management, construction, contract negotiations, vendor and service provider management, staff management, emergency management, budgeting, real estate accounting, mechanical systems, Avid, Skyline, BJ Murray, and NYC Local Law and code compliance. I am an Accredited Residential Manger, ARM® and OSHA 30 certified. Furthermore, I bring value through introducing my clients to longstanding relationships I have developed with industry professionals, vendors, service providers and tradesmen.
