I’ve built my career tackling complex challenges others may avoid—leading violent gang investigations in Puerto Rico, serving the FBI in Moscow amid renewed geopolitical tensions, confronting cartel violence in South America, or launching a contrarian Microsoft product that reached millions. My passion lies in shaping the new or fixing the broken. I favor a bias for action and excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments. I’m creative, flexible, and unburdened by fear of failure. In the FBI, I have been known as a thought leader frequently ahead of the curve on threat prediction. At Microsoft, I was on the innovator frontline for global launches and introduced new standards for content management, saving time and resources. In my personal time, I’m fascinated by brain plasticity, personal regeneration, and harnessing technology for good.
