A copy of Mountain Bike Action at age 10 from the Safeway checkout started it all. That magazine had seen more page turns than any other magazine I've owned. I was hooked. Actual mountain biking, as I know it now, didn't take root until I was 15, but then I followed those roots to the base of the tree, finding myself as a key member of the operation of Steed Cycles for 10 years, before stepping further down the rabbit hole at Rocky Mountain Bicycle for a further 7 years. I have continued to be a passionate champion of the sport, but my real success lies in aligning myself with a brand I can really get behind and dive into. Whether branding, creating Sports Marketing programs, conceptualizing content, or keeping a tent from falling over while talking to someone about their 20 year old "X"-bike. I'm creative and adaptive and will focus on getting to the end of the road, whatever the route may be.
