With over 30 years of high level culinary experience, I am the Executive Chef at RC Culinary Lab, a cutting-edge food service company that provides customized and creative solutions for a variety of clients. The RC Culinary Lab is part of the Rosendale Collective founded and led by Rich Rosendale, CMC. We are a network of culinary focused companies, professionals and enthusiasts setting standards of best practices, insights, and resources to elevate the industry. I oversee the state of the art kitchen, directly train and lead staff ensuring adherence of processes and procedures to consistently achieve the highest food quality and standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition. I am passionate about exploring new flavors, techniques, and trends, and applying them to my craft. I have multiple certifications from the American Culinary Federation and the Culinary Institute of America, and I have a strong background in a la carte dining, banquets and hospitality. I am driven by the mission of delivering exceptional food experiences that delight, inspire, and satisfy.
