As a national trainer, keynote speaker and invited panelist for various industry organizations, Mr. Ployer teaches a variety of professional development courses in the areas of safety and risk management, energy and sustainability, leadership and business "accelerator skills" for property management professionals that drive bottom-line results. As a certified safety manager and national safety instructor, Scott teaches over 60 courses including the 10-Hour and 30-Hour General Industry Awareness courses, Haz Com, Workplace Violence Awareness and Prevention course among many others and internationally recognized general industry and construction safety health compliance officer, Scott teaches over 60 courses including the 10-Hour and 30-Hour General Industry Awareness courses, Haz Com, Workplace Violence Awareness and Prevention course among many others for his clients and industry organizations. Scott is a recognized subject matter expert in the multifamily sector and has participated in two cohorts writing curricula for two National Apartment Association (NAA) credentials and designations. He also teaches the Risk Management module for both the CAM and CAS credentials. Scott also developed a sixteen-hour curriculum for the CGPM, Credential for Green Property Management. The CGPM is jointly sponsored by NAHMA and NAAEI. This is a two day, in-person or online course that covers the mandatory training to attain the credential. Scott is also a current or past officer or board member of several national, regional and local real estate organizations.
