Ordering home inspections for you, and meeting you at the inspection to evaluate the condition of the home with a certified inspector. Following-up with you every day during the 4-5 week process of your loan until closing; answering any questions, making sure everything is in order with your loan officer and documents needed; final walk-through several days before closing. Finally, attending closing with you to protect your interests, and make sure everything on the Closing Disclosure is per the contract and your loan before you sign.
