About Scott Porter

My passion is for businesses using cloud HCM solutions to get the most value out of their investment. Optimization, adoption, and consumption of cloud HCM solutions is what helps business succeed in today's competitive markets. It's about building and maintaining trust between the vendor and client to align on strategy and pulling together the right resources to move or keep them functioning at high level and never leaving them behind. I take ownership of the business relationship to negotiate and secure long-term renewals for predictive revenue and conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure we're aligned on their strategy, meeting their KPI's, and make any necessary adjustments along the way. I'm very experienced in working with all levels of business-from administrators to the C-Suite. My 20 years of services as an Air Force officer in Personnel (HR), 9 years as a recruiter in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and 15 years in Customer Success for cloud HCM solutions have afforded me the opportunity to develop a unique breadth of experience that I thoroughly enjoy applying to business success.
