Scott provides Agile Transformation Coaching, having introduced and coached agile methodologies including scrum, kanban, and lean into multiple organizations over the last 10 years. Coaching engagements over the last 5 years have included Fortune 500 enterprises and global non-profit associations. In his career as product leader Scott gained a keen understanding of how all elements of a business must come together to translate strategy to success. This experience and overall business perspective has allowed successful coaching across industries, organizational units, and between technical and non-technical groups. The key to Scott’s success has been building trust through the delivery of customer value, and focusing on fundamentals to establish a strong agile foundation. This applies equally whether coaching organizational leaders on the best agile fit for their goals, or coaching teams and individuals for agile success.
