I have over 35 years of experience in product design and development, with a focus on electromechanical devices and fluid systems.I am highly skilled in plastic and metal part design. I have decades of experience in Solidworks and Creo and a variety of mechanical and fluid analysis software packages. I hold an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification, and I train and mentor engineers in using advanced quality planning methods, such as URS, DFMEA, Stackups, CTQ, GD & T.DVPR, and Process Capability and Gage studies. I also review and approve PPAP submission packages by external suppliers, and collaborate with internal and external partners to co-develop innovative solutions.
