About Scott Renouf

I’m the performance coach that people call when they are ready to quit procrastinating, remove unnecessary belief systems and habits from their life, and take consistent action toward their goals. There is more to this life than feeling checked out or in constantly grinding while trying to live up to other people’s expectations and definitions of success. A car accident taught me that life is short and made me realize that I want to spend it living a life that I love now. I decided to stop talking about what I would do “someday” without having goals, a realistic plan to achieve them, and getting into the mindset and habits of taking immediate, daily actions to make my goals a reality. My 18 years of corporate sales & consulting experience, and daily long distance running habit that show that I can help you do the same. On a more personal level; I was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and spent so much time in the world of Judo, I even learned how to walk on the mats while my parents were coaching. Consistency and grit have been ingrained in me at an early age. More importantly, I learned from some of the best coaches, national, and international athletes how to foster that fire in others. My wife and I currently live and spend much of our downtime exploring beautiful British Columbia and coach from our offices on Vancouver Island where we live with our school aged son and our pets while surrounded by nature, incredible friends, and continue to build and live a life we love filled with adventure and gratitude. I have spent decades coaching and helping other people to realize their true abilities by helping them make their dreams easier manageable tasks.
