As the Director of Wholesale for Kaya Cannabis, I leverage my passion and expertise of the cannabis industry to create and maintain a large book of business within the state of Colorado. I identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire new accounts, and introduce new brands to existing customers. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Western Carolina University, where I honed my communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. I also have multiple certifications from Oaksterdam University, the leading cannabis education institution in the world. I started my career in the cannabis industry as a Front of House Supervisor at LivWell Enlightened Health, where I was internally promoted from retail for leading the store in sales and average transaction price. Before that, I was a Senior Account Executive at Bradsby Group, a highly recognized recruitment firm, where I gained valuable experience in connecting and placing top talent across various industries. I am always looking for new ways to expand my experience and network within the cannabis industry, and to see how the industry evolves with time. I aim to bring my skillset and enthusiasm to the industry and to be a valuable asset to whatever team I am a part of. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the cannabis industry, and to make a positive impact on the lives of cannabis consumers and patients.
