My skills and experience are quite extensive, including years of operating and maintaining different types of equipment and machinery, building systems, and performing building maintenance. Most of my strong points include all phases of construction that encompass carpentry, plumbing, framing, and equipment operations. I am also quite knowledgeable in various types of electrical work like residential, automotive, marine, commercial, and technically specific high and low voltage systems. I am also quite proficient in troubleshooting and have a good understanding of electrical, fire, and building codes like NEC, NFPA, UBC/IBC and ADA. I also acquired an extensive working knowledge in mechanical design and fabrication, engineering, along with many skills in documentation, general office tasks, and warehousing. Some of my accomplishments are as listed below: Co-Inventor of a product for the fire safety industry which has a US patent. Capable to work by myself, side by side and/or manage multiple personnel. Able to multitask in office, shop and field atmosphere. Design, implement, train and follow safety protocols. Designed and prototyped multiple products and product updates for the fire & life safety industry. Actively involved in the community Volunteer Fire Company and ancillary associations.
