My career has mostly revolved around the core of customer service, dipping into the technical disciplines and providing solutions to my customers for their system or technical issues as well as taking a keen interest in the processes and documentation around the systems, solutions provided and giving the customers the tools they need to most effectively make use of the technology we provide them. This has led me to a varied carries in different areas of support and different technical biomes, providing exposure to a number of varied areas, such as: Microsoft Windows devices / SCCM / VSphere. Microsoft Exchange & 365 mail flows. Gsuite Admin Console mail flow and configuration. Ticket logging systems such as HEAT / Service Now / Siebel / ZenDesk. Application Support of Exclaimer 'on premises' product suites for signature application, mail archiving and cloud signature products for 365 and Gsuite. UAT Manual testing, Both writing and completion of test scripts both high level and detailed & Defect Monitoring. Training Documentation, Process creation and User Guide creation. User support for matters of Application functionality & 'Common' services. The core value that has driven me thus far, and continues to drive me, is making life better for my customer and colleagues. Making things easier, more organised or more efficient, and to leave any role, department or company better than when I joined. At the end of the day, as long as I can feel I achieved that then I am satisfied.
