In 2013 and 2014 I steered Paddy & Scott's Cafes Ltd to become part of Accelerate 250, a community of the UK's top companies geared for growth, proudly accepting the invitation from the Prime Ministers Enterprise Advisor Lord Young and ex Tesco CEO Sir Terry Leahy. In 2017 I was named by Grant Thornton as one of the countries top 100 influential business leaders joining the illustrious list of “Faces of a Vibrant Economy” In 2018 I was delighted to receive an Honorary Fellowship from the University of Suffolk for business & entrepreneurialism. 2022 saw us lift the title of Best Medium sized and Overall Suffolk Business of the year in the EADT 22 Business Awards This year also saw Forbes Magazine list Paddy & Scott’s in the top 6 Ethical Coffee brands. I have a passion for building amazing teams that become the bedrock of great businesses.
