I’m an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in agency development, national partnerships, and multi-line insurance distribution. Over the years, I’ve built a career around creating value-driven relationships between carriers, wholesalers, and agency partners — with a proven track record in both sales production and strategic growth execution. Currently, I serve as an Agency Development Manager – National Partnerships at Orchid Insurance Underwriters, where I lead the expansion and performance of key agency and aggregator relationships across the U.S. I focus on driving profitable growth, optimizing partner engagement, and aligning national distribution strategies with underwriting goals in both the E&S and admitted markets. Previously at Orchid, I held the role of Agency Development Specialist, where I managed regional distribution for National Partnerships (NP) and Trusted Resource Underwriters Exchange (TRUE). My responsibilities included regular travel to train and support agency partners, manage performance, and drive market penetration — especially in catastrophe-exposed and coastal regions. Before joining Orchid, furthered my insurance career at Weisner Insurance Network as a Licensed Insurance Agent, where I specialized in both personal and commercial lines policies, including residential property and liability policies. There, I also led internal sales meetings, launched marketing campaigns, implemented CRM systems, and championed process improvement initiatives that elevated overall agency performance.
