I am a Single Tenant Investment Sales specialist in the firm’s Austin office. As First Vice President Investments, I exclusively represent buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the nation. I have closed over 140 investment sales transactions, totaling more than $400 million since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2002. A top office and industrial investment agent in the country, I am consistently ranked within the top 20 agents in the firm's office and industrial division. I am a Director of the firm's National Office and Industrial Properties Group as well as firm's Net Leased Properties Group. I have achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including sales awards in 2006, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2017. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, I was with Partners National Real Estate Group, a Dallas-based national tenant representation firm, where my clients included Dow Chemical, Allegiance Telecom, AT & T Wireless and Telegis Networks. I identified, negotiated and performed due diligence for large industrial lease transactions. Prior to being an associate, I was a research specialist with the firm, analyzing and underwriting more than 60 telecom and industrial lease transactions ranging from to square feet. I began my real estate career in 1996 with Olson Properties, a leading regional industrial and land brokerage company located in San Antonio, Texas. I graduated with a Finance degree with a Real Estate Concentration from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas and also hold a real estate license in Texas.
