I'm a mechanical engineer and program management manager with a multidisciplinary background spanning aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing. With experience leading cross-functional teams, improving organizational processes, and managing complex technical programs, I specialize in bridging the gap between engineering, business, and project execution. In my current role as PMO Manager at Active Dynamics Group, I lead project management teams and oversee organizational process improvement initiatives, focusing on standardizing new product introduction and driving operational efficiency from a strategic level. I report directly to senior leadership and work to ensure visibility, alignment, and success across multiple locations and departments. My earlier roles gave me hands-on experience in engineering, tooling design, inspection, and manufacturing process development—skills I still draw on today to guide decision-making, mentor salaried staff, and understand the full lifecycle of engineered products.
