Customer service has been my life in one way or another my whole career. I thrive on understanding people and trying to help them. I have been blessed with many different opportunities in my personal and professional life. I always look forward to my next challenge.I have worked in hospitality, sales, and business to name a few. All of these experiences have led me to focus on clients/customers to get positive solutions. To further this quest, I have achieved my Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership.This experience has taught me how to deal with customer relations and employee relations on a front line basis each and every day-I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Micros (POS)- I love technology and am constantly trying stay in the forefront of what might be next- I thrive on groupthink and high expectations-I jump at the idea of what could be the next big idea-Life to me is exciting and I try to bring that out in the people around me-Opportunity doesn't wait for anyone, it takes workI look forward to meeting new people, challenges, and opportunity.
